Between Birthdays and the Holidays, we use a lot of wrapping paper from September to January each year.
I’m always looking for way to cut costs around the Holidays… I’m also all for keeping my kids entertained and reminding them of the importance of Recycling. Well, at least the 8-year-old gets it.
That is why we like to make our own wrapping paper.
*use sponges, brushes, beaded necklaces, tissue paper, hands and feet to apply the paint
You can even save the handles, paint them, and configure them on top of the present so it resembles a bow!
I’ve found that the recipients enjoy the personal touch just as much as I enjoy the activity for my kids.

I’ve been called “maternal” since the day I could hold a baby doll. I’ve become a pregnancy, baby and parenting resource since having my first child almost 10 years ago. This is my blog and where I share my journey through parenthood with you.

What a cute idea!!!!!!!
I love handmade wrapping paper. It looks so festive under the tree
Jen, S will love doing this. We did hand print paper the following day… soooo cute!
Kara Noel, it does! Love it!
